- Primero. Ordenar a la Secretaria General que los nombres y los datos que permitan identificar al accionante de la sentencia T-205 de 2002 sean suprimidos de toda publicacion actual y futura del fallo.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Relatoria de la Corte Constitucional que en la pagina Web de la Corte Constitucional se remplace la version actual de la sentencia T-205 de 2002 por la que resulte de cambiar los nombres y datos de identificacion del peticionario por datos ficticios, la cual se anexa a la presente providencia.
- Tercero. Ordenar por Secretaria General al Juzgado 17 Laboral del Circuito de Bogota, que profirio el fallo de primera instancia en el proceso de tutela instaurado por Carlos A3. contra BBVA HORIZONTE PENSIONES Y CESANTIAS, BBVA BANCO GANADERO y la empresa TREIN Ltda., se encargue de salvaguardar la intimidad del accionante, manteniendo la reserva sobre el expediente.
